Public materials on the marketing site are available to any visitor. The Investor Portal is restricted to individuals whose access requests have been approved and who have accepted the current Non-Disclosure Agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Administrative accounts must have multi-factor authentication enabled.
Materials in the Investor Portal are strictly confidential. Access is subject to the Non-Disclosure Agreement you accept when signing in for the first time.
All content on the Service is owned by Bhauni or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to view materials for evaluating a potential investment.
Materials in the Service are for informational purposes and do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any offering will be made only through formal offering documents to eligible investors.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhauni disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for security reasons.
